The BD-LFP Series lithium batteries are engineered for high performance, safety, and long lifecycle, making them ideal for solar energy storage and backup power applications. Available in capacities ranging from 8Ah to 210Ah and nominal voltages of 12.8V and 25.6V, these batteries use premium cylindrical or prismatic LiFePO4 cells housed in robust ABS enclosures with IP65 protection. Terminal types include F2 and M8 configurations to support a wide range of installations.

These batteries feature advanced BMS (Battery Management System) capabilities, including precise overcharge/over-discharge protection, short circuit resistance (with protection thresholds between 200–800μs), and automatic cell balancing. They support maximum charge currents up to 200A and discharge currents as high as 210A, with pulse currents up to 600A. Charging is regulated through CC/CV methods, with smart cutoff voltages set to prevent overcharging or deep discharge.

Each model boasts a high cycle life of 1500–2500 cycles (at 80% DOD), low internal resistance (<15mΩ), and minimal self-discharge (<3% per month), ensuring long-term reliability and consistent performance. The weight of these batteries ranges from just 1.1kg for the 8Ah model to 43kg for the 210Ah 25.6V model, accommodating various space and capacity needs.

In terms of environmental performance, the BD-LFP Series can operate safely within a wide range of -20°C to 60°C for discharge, 0°C to 45°C for charging, and -5°C to 35°C for storage. With a high-temperature cutoff at 70°C and a conserved voltage of 50°C, they ensure stable operation even in demanding climates.

Certified under CE/UN38.3/UL1642/IEC62133 standards and approved for transport under UN3480 CLASS 9, these batteries meet rigorous safety and compliance requirements, making them a reliable and eco-friendly energy storage solution.
