The Heliogen 7–7.6kW Inverter is a powerful, all-in-one hybrid solar inverter designed to integrate solar, battery, and grid power seamlessly. With a maximum recommended PV input of 10800W and a nominal voltage of 380V, this inverter features a wide MPPT voltage range of 120V–550V, two independent MPP trackers, and supports up to 20A current per tracker, ensuring optimal energy harvesting. It provides a robust AC output of 7600VA, supporting 230V/240V AC at 50/60Hz with a maximum output current of 34A, and offers single-phase AC connection. The inverter includes 6000VA standby AC output capacity and supports simultaneous power delivery and battery charging/discharging, ideal for both grid-tied and off-grid applications.

Battery integration is highly versatile with support for lithium and lead-acid batteries within a 42–58V range, recommended at 52V. It allows charging/discharging up to 120A/120V and a continuous power transfer of 6000VA. Designed for high efficiency, the Heliogen 7 achieves a max efficiency of 97.5% with a European weighted efficiency of 97.2% and MPPT tracking efficiency of 99.9%.

For protection and safety, it includes multiple features like DC reverse polarity protection, surge protection, ground fault and short-circuit protection, grid monitoring, anti-islanding, and residual-current monitoring. With an IP20 environmental rating, it operates safely in ambient temperatures from -25°C to +60°C (up to 45°C without derating) and altitudes up to 4000m. Self-consumption remains below 10W, and it operates quietly at ≤25dB(A).

Physically, the inverter measures 505×398×188mm and weighs 33.5kg. It features natural cooling, terminal block AC connection, and copper bar battery terminals. The user interface includes a responsive LCD screen with button and LED indicators. Communication options are extensive, including RS485/USB/CAN/Wi-Fi/GPRS interfaces, and Wi-Fi/GPRS is included as standard. The product comes with a 5-year warranty extendable to 10 years, ensuring long-term peace of mind.
